Academic Activities-General Information

The academic work of the Lab includes:

  • The training of undergraduate and postgraduate students of the Department of Biomedical Sciences and other Department or Faculties in the University of West Attica according to the curriculum.
  • The training of bio scientists and other scientists in the context of completing their doctoral thesis or scientific work upon decision of the department.
  • The education, training, on-going education and instruction of professionals working in Primary and Secondary Education in issues concerning the prevention and dealing with human nosology.

 

The education work of the Lab is carried out with the implementation of educational programs, lectures, seminars, as well as the issuing of scientific texts. Students in small groups are also involved in tutorials, descriptive surveys and literature reviews.
